1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

⚠️ Important:

- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
If the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
→ IRON RIDER will cover return or replacement costs
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Processing time:
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear (depending on your bank or payment provider)
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (if specified at purchase)
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item received

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
10. Payment Security & Compliance
All refunds are issued through the original payment method used at checkout (Stripe, AirWallex, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.).
For fraud prevention:
- Refunds may be subject to verification
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
